Pengaruh Value Added Intellectual Capital Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan BUMN20 Tahun 2019-2020

The purpose of this research is to find out the impact company’s value added intellectual capital from 2019-2020. This used quantitative approach, which using numeral data and descriptive statistics. sample utilizes “BUMN20 - index” that reported financial statement 2019-2020 It has a positive outcome in terms profit. result will be tested whether it significant or not. When ‘f’ below its confidence level (5%) we can conclude Value Added Human Capital (VAHU), Structural (STVA), Employed (VACA) effect towards performance BUMN20 firm. Partially, found test ‘t’ VACA 0.006 there relationship between On contrary, shows variables VAHU STVA have no performanxe same way about BUMN20.

 Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh perusahaan bumn pada tahun pengamatan Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dimana berbentuk angka serta merupakan suatu statistik deskriptif.
